Sankeerth is a longtime New Yorker and unapologetic food obsessive. He cooks the way he eats—with curiosity, bold flavors, and a healthy disregard for recipes. When he's not testing new ideas in the kitchen, he's eating his way through NYC and planning his travels around what's on the menu.
