Course Overview Designed for home brewers and hospitality professionals alike, this hands on workshop bridges the gap between extraction theory and sensory perception. Participants will explore the mechanics of pour over coffee, train their palates to identify subtle flavor nuances, and learn how to use structured sensory forms to evaluate and refine their brews. Each participant operates from a dedicated brewing station equipped for hands on practice. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION (please read!) The House Office Buildings are all closed to the public on weekends and require staff (us) escort. We will meet outside of an entrance to the Longworth building and bring everyone to the coffee shop via a short walk inside. This meeting spot is on the corner of South Capitol St SE and C St SE.
