Gaby will guide you through a relaxing meditation paired with soothing sound healing to help you unwind and find balance. Cristina will lead a traditional limpias energy cleanse using herbs, smoke, and intention to clear away negative vibes from your body and spirit. Bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillow, water, and anything else you need to get comfy. We’ll provide tea to keep the good vibes flowing. This is a donation-based event, so come ready to relax, recharge, and connect with yourself and the peaceful beach energy, all while enjoying the stunning Chicago skyline. Feel free to bring your swim suit to take a dip in the lake after!
