Led by two Palestinian yoga instructors, we invite Palestinians and allies to gather at The Groove for a powerful session of yoga, community connection and conversation around why holistic movement is a necessary component for the liberation of the Palestinian people. Our bodies are tools for this important work, and everything we need is already within us to continue to mobilize toward liberation. We seek to tap into the power of Palestinian storytelling and embodied movement to harness the potency of these modalities, together. Ease into a gentle yoga class, meet others who are on this path, and share in conversation around what these various practices mean to us. Funds collected from this circle will be donated to Gaza, please donate generously (25$ encouraged) or DM us on Instagram about providing a sponsored spot for a Palestinian if you have the funds and capacity. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
