Astoria Cook Club: Earth to Table Dinner
Let’s come together for a delicious, plant-powered dinner in honor of Earth Month! This event is all about celebrating sustainable, vegetarian cooking.
Cookbook Name: Moosewood Cookbook
This iconic cookbook features a diverse range of vegetarian recipes. Created by Mollie Katzen, it reflects the changing attitudes toward plant-based meals since the 1970s.
📍 Location: Our House Queens, 23-71 31st Street, Astoria, NY
⏰ Time: 7 to 9 pm
💰 Cost: $10 per person (This covers the space rental and event supplies— this is a community event, no profit is made.)

🔗 How to Sign Up:
Claim your spot by making the payment via Venmo. Then claim a recipe from the Google Sheet linked above under "Claim Your Dish"—You do not need to buy the cookbook. We will provide the recipe PDF you claim.
What to Bring:
📌 The prepared dish that you claimed from the Google Sheet. *If you and a +1 would like to make a dish together, plan to double your portion.
📌A serving utensil for your dish. (We’ll bring extra spoons and tongs in case!)
Other notes:
Our House Queens event space has a microwave and small refrigerator on site, in case needed.
📝 Ticket Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else 48–72 hours in advance.
