This panel brings together a cross-section of innovators: -John Choi, Public Affairs at Pacaso, a company that makes more efficient use of second homes through co-ownership. -Ross Maguire, CEO of Azure Printed Homes which uses 3D printing in the prefabrication process to speed up and simplify homebuilding. -Jonathan Palley, Founder and CEO of Clever Tiny Homes, a tiny home manufacturer applying kanban principles through a custom ERP system. -Mariesa Lenz, Chief of Staff, Hamlet, an AI service that monitors government meetings for insights and actionable data. Moderated by YIMBY Action, the conversation will explore how these technologies can reduce costs, accelerate housing production, and shift the economics of homeownership all within the context of policy changes are needed to unlock their full potential. The building has valet as well as 3 additional self-parking entrances (Constellation Blvd, Olympic Blvd., and Avenue of the Stars).
