´◡`to my fellow job hunters: we're heading down to palo alto this week for a scenic trek through open grasslands and rolling hills. it's a great, moderate loop with beautiful views and plenty of space to connect.
📍 location: enid pearson-arastradero preserve
📍 5.2mi / 708ft gain (varied terrain on wide paths, sharing the trail with bikes and horses)
⏳ estimated time: 2–2.5 hr
🌲 scenery: sweeping preserve views, local wildlife, and small lakes along the route.
🧴 essentials: this trail is largely exposed with limited shade, so bring sun protection, a hat, and plenty of water.
🐕 pups: on-leash dogs are welcome. they've got to be friendly with people, other dogs, and wildlife.
🏃♀️ pace check: please be confident in your ability to maintain a steady group tempo over 5+ miles.
