Long Beach's beloved dog costume parade is back for its 23rd year, taking place over the grassy park in front of the former Belmont Pool. Expect 350+ costumed pups strutting their stuff for the crowd Beyond the parade itself, there's a full afternoon of food trucks and a vendor fair to browse, easy plans whether you're bringing a dog or just there to see everyone else's!
