Tech Week can be chaotic. Running between panels, pitching, networking, and feeling overstimulated. The Oasis is a daily retreat—a place to belong, breathe, and actually co-create. We’re building a persistent home base across the week where builders, founders, and creatives show up every day to flow together, have real conversations around meaningful topics, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired. The series blends daily ‘co-flow’ drop-in sessions with curated collaborative programming: roundtable discussions, fireside chats, and mentor office hours. Each day seeds Flowstate Sparks—structured artifacts that keep the conversation going long after the week ends. This second day is focused on discussion on the Future of Work, and reimagining what the future holds for us as AI and technology accelerates and frees human to create out of passion rather than need.
