Every 1st Monday, we’re bringing QTPOC Mondays to the LGP! FUBU 🖤 October 5th will be our very first event, and with a great turnout, we hope to make QTPOC Mondays a monthly staple! This is a social mixer for single or solo-dating queer, sapphic, and trans people of color. The event centers black, brown, and asian communities, along with our music, media, and culture. If you have a friend who does not share these identities, they are also welcome to attend as long as they are respectful of the space and the communities being centered. Please see our diversity agreement and code of conduct on Instagram if you haven't already. QTPOC Mondays is monogamous and polyamorous friendly! Since this is a dating event, we simply ask that everyone be transparent about their dating preferences with other guests when the topic comes up. We will not be using our usual stoplight wristband system that you may be familiar with from Strapped. No couples please! And yes! Wingmen and supportive friends are welcome as your plus 1s, however, they must also RSVP. We’re also excited to have @Triple.ayyy as our resident DJ for QTPOC Mondays! Check her out on IG, where you can catch her hosting and DJing at events throughout the month. We love her style and her dedication to Philly’s queer community. ❤️ We'll be located on the 2nd Floor of LGP.
