🌿 THIS MONTH'S CIRCLE – 1 Kawoq | Cacao + Método Raíz
This upcoming circle arrives under the energy of 1 Kawoq, a sacred Mayan day connected to community, nourishment, care, and collective healing.
Kawoq reminds us that healing is not meant to happen in isolation. It lives in relationship – in tending to one another, in remembering that we belong to something larger than ourselves.
In a time when so much is happening across our communities and homelands – when systems continue to harm, displace, and disconnect – coming together in intentional, heart-centered space becomes an act of reclamation.
Together, we gather with cacao and the practice of Método Raíz (Root Method) to gently release what we’ve been carrying, reconnect to our bodies, and root into presence, clarity, and truth.
This is a space to be held, to feel, and to remember we are not alone.
✨ AN INVITATION
What becomes possible when you slow down long enough to listen to your heart, in a world that constantly asks you to disconnect from it?
In a time of ongoing violence, displacement, and systemic harm – when our communities, lands, and bodies are under pressure – tending to ourselves and each other is not separate from the work of liberation. It is part of it.
To rest.
To feel.
To be witnessed.
To come back into relationship with our bodies, our breath, and our truth – these are radical acts that can set us free.
Do you feel a longing to soften, even when the world feels hard?
Do you feel the weight of what is happening – and a desire to not carry it alone?
Are you feeling the call to release what is not yours to carry, to reconnect with your body, and to root into something deeper, more grounded, more true?
Are you craving a space where your grief, your joy, your rage, your tenderness – all of you – is welcome and held with care?
If any of this resonates, you’re warmly invited into this BIPOC Cacao Circle + Método Raíz ❤️🔥
🍫 WHAT IS CACAO?
This is a bilingual (English/Spanish) ceremonial space where we weave together sacred cacao and Método Raíz (Root Method) – a holistic approach to emotional release, subconscious reprogramming, and embodied healing.
This Sacred Cacao Circle is a devotional space for prayer, reflection, and reconnection. We gather with cacao as an ancestral ally – tending grief and joy, releasing what no longer serves, and remembering what is true.
Through Método Raíz, we work with the body, breath, and subconscious to gently shift what has been held – creating space for new ways of being that feel more aligned, more free, and more rooted in truth.
This is the “work”, the practice.
A returning – back to body, back to spirit, back to our mycelial web of life. 🌀
