^⎵^°ᴗ°Where Miami’s wellness energy meets New York’s tech power—to kick off the Betterness Festival with intention, connection, and renewal.
To launch the Betterness Festival in New York, SVB and Betterness invite 50 women founders, investors, and leaders to an intimate morning of movement, inspiration, and connection—led by some of Miami’s most influential wellness voices.
The experience begins with an uplifting, heart-opening yoga session guided by Tiffany, whose signature 420 Yoga classes in Miami have become a sanctuary for grounding breathwork, emotional release, and soulful empowerment.
After the opening flow, the group will divide for two immersive breakout experiences:
🧘♀️ KamaFlight – a liberating aerial movement practice led by an all-female team of expert instructors, designed to help you move with intention, reclaim joy, and build embodied trust.
🌿 Mobot Recovery – a deep recovery session led by Mobot founder Lani Cooper, using Mobot’s patented foam roller water bottles to combine hydration, release, and rejuvenation.
To mark this special gathering, each guest will receive a customized Mobot bottle to continue their wellness journey beyond the event.
This exclusive, women-only experience is a celebration of presence, purpose, and personal expansion—ushering in a new chapter of wellness, tech, and community.
