Rally at City Council to Save Seattle's Bus Service!
Seattle City Council is debating the renewal of the Seattle Transit Measure, the voter approved levy that funds additional bus service within Seattle.
Mayor Katie Wilson has proposed doubling the measure and funding a huge increase in the city's bus service, focusing on nights and weekends. But councilmembers want to CUT funding for bus service instead.
We need transit allies to TURN OUT on Monday, July 13th and tell city council to invest in our transit system!
Join us for a rally at 4:30pm inside city hall, followed by public comment at 5:00pm. Come to show your support and make your voice heard.
