OVERVIEW:
A monthly community breathwork circle to slow down, reconnect, and move through what your body has been holding — in a steady, supported way.
This circle may be supportive if you're:
• Feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated
• Carrying stress or emotional buildup
• Noticing change around you and wanting to move at your own pace
• Craving a reset but unsure where to begin
• Wanting a grounded space to reconnect with your body
• Looking for community without pressure to perform or explain yourself
This isn't a place to push or force release, but a place to work with your body at its own pace.
Some people experience emotional release.
Some feel physical sensations or energy moving.
Some simply feel more present or at ease.
There is no right way to experience this.
You are always in control of your breath, your pace, and your level of intensity.
We’ll begin with grounding practices to help you arrive, move into guided breathwork supported by music, and close with extended integration to allow your body to settle.
This is a welcoming, low-pressure space.
You don’t need prior experience, and there is no expectation to show up any certain way.
Come as you are — whether you’re feeling open, overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply needing a place to pause.

PARKING & COMMUTING:
-This venue is very commutable within NJ and from NYC (See FAQs for more info)
-Street parking is available with a 4 hour limit (Please allow adequate time to find parking. It can be...challenging lol)
-Please allow for extra travel time whether you're driving or commuting as traffic tends to pull in this area.
