ABOUT CONSPIRACY OF VENUS:
Conspiracy of Venus is a San Francisco vocal ensemble that sings the music of Joni Mitchell, Bjork, PJ Harvey, David Bowie, Tom Waits, Iris DeMent, Leonard Cohen, and more in arrangements by our director, Joyce Todd McBride.
Established in 2007, the group has performed at many Bay Area music venues, including The Great American Music Hall, The Independent, Freight and Salvage, The Rite Spot, Make Out Room, The Palace of Fine Arts, 7th Avenue Presbyterian, Old First Concerts, and more. We toured to New York City in 2016 and 2018, and we've also been known to sing on the street, surrounded by inebriated Santas. True story.
