8/10 spots left
An introduction to sensation, awareness + connection with your lower belly, pelvic bowl + womb space through your own touch (external). Often associated with the sacral chakra, this space has long been connected with creativity, desire, sensuality and life force. You’ll be guided through a few gentle ways of exploring sensation—an invitation to notice and bring your attention to this space. For women who are ready to get curious and begin to explore a deeper relationship with your body. We’ll begin together with a brief meet + greet with cameras on, creating a sense of connection and safety within the group. When we move into the guided practice, cameras will be turned off so you can experience it privately and comfortably in your own space. What you'll need; • A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie flat on • Comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your lower belly • Body oil or lotion of your choice • Optional- pillow or bolster to prop hips or knees How to Prepare: -Set up your space with intention, in whatever way helps you to feel present and comfortable. -You may bring a few crystals or a candle to help set the tone. -Be in a space without distraction and where you can dim the lighting if needed. More than anything, bring care + attention to the space you are creating for yourself. <3 Live on Zoom Wednesday, October 7th • 6:30pm-7:30pm Zoom details will be provided after registration. ✨ Part of the Sensory Awareness Series by Sacred Touch ATX (Please note: This is different from the Maya abdominal self-care massage I teach in private sessions. This is not a belly massage workshop)
