This mini retreat is an invitation to pause, soften, and deeply reset. In this Yoga Nidra workshop, you’ll be guided into a state of profound rest where the body sleeps and the mind remains gently aware. Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deep restoration, without effort or performance.
Before entering the Nidra practice, we’ll engage in a gentle energetic exercise designed to help you access and clarify your sankalpa: a heartfelt intention rooted beneath the mind’s usual noise. Rather than forcing an intention, this process allows it to emerge organically from the body and nervous system, creating a deeper sense of alignment and truth.
Through intention-setting, guided visualization, and conscious relaxation, you’ll be led out of stress mode and into a state of safety and ease. This practice is especially supportive if you’re feeling burned out, overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, or craving rest that actually feels nourishing.
Expect a slow, spacious experience designed to feel like a true retreat—no movement required, just the permission to receive. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply replenished, with a sankalpa you can return to as an anchor long after the practice ends.
