Something that is technically a sound bath, only a little bit weirder, more mysterious, and alive. Think reverb, relational meditation, and ASMR. We'll open with a grounding meditation and move into an hour of sound, silence, and whatever arises between them. Led by composer and certified Deep Listening guide Robert Holliday and Zen teacher Sara Campbell.
