Mid City Runners and Run the Blocks are joining forces for YEAR 2 for a fun Ice Cream Run to start the summer with good vibes and good company We'll begin with a 15-minute strength and mobility preparation to get your body ready and your stride strong. Then, we'll head out for a 5K loop around the Arts District and end at Salt n Straw for a scoop of ice cream to start the summer off STRONG!!! Join us on June 11th at 7 PM at Movement Society.
