As companies start to scale, founders often find themselves facing a new question: beyond building my company, how can I use this journey to create broader impact in the world? Join Founders Pledge at Boston’s eye-popping Museum of Ice Cream to celebrate the inaugural Boston Tech Week with a candid panel, "Impact by Design: Embedding Purpose into the Founder Journey," featuring founders who’ve thought deeply about how to integrate purpose, philanthropy and long-term impact throughout the process of building, not just at the point of exit. We’ll explore how building companies shaped how they think about their larger purpose, what it means to move beyond the traditional idea of “giving back”, and how founders can approach philanthropy with the same ambition, rigor and intentionality they bring to their founder role. Together we’ll create an intimate space to connect with a community of founders committed to embedding purpose into success from day one and cool off with frozen treats (dairy ice cream and dairy-free options will be available!).
