Join us for an evening of making delicious focaccia from scratch led by local chef, Maddie Nicholson. Maddie learned to make focaccia while training with a chef in Italy. Now she cranks focaccia nearly daily both in her private business, Pica Kitchen, and at local Mar Vista restaurant, Beethoven Market. She’ll help you shape your dough and use herbs and veggies to design beautiful, floral-inspired focaccia art before baking it in the OP Wonder oven. You can enjoy a new signature drink from the OP cafe before we dive into our focaccia with some homemade whipped ricotta. You’ll go home with an OP apron, gift card, the focaccia recipes, and lots of yummy homemade bread! Grab a friend and spend your Sunday afternoon creating something beautiful!
