Forget everything you think a wellness workshop looks like; this is play — with toys, tools, and games — used as the doorway into your own body.  We'll drop into it through touch, texture, movement, and a little bit of somatic silliness. Expect sensory exploration, hands-on exercises, and games that somehow leave you more aware of your own body than an hour of stretching ever could.  You'll leave with a felt sense of what "somatic awareness" actually means — not as a concept, but as something you just experienced in your own skin. No experience needed. Just a willingness to play. Hosted at The Listening Movement space Only need to bring water and your phone Reach out with any questions or if needing financial support to attend, no one is turned away for lack of funds; can’t wait to play :-)
