PILÉ People Investing in Local Economies An intimate Haitian coffee experience centered on culture and conversation. Haiti was once one of the world’s largest coffee producers. Colonialism understood the value of what our land could produce. PILÉ asks what it looks like when we invest in our land, our skills, and our resources. Through Haitian coffee, guided tasting, cocktails and storytelling, guests are invited to learn, exchange ideas and reconnect with what is ours.
