We present to you the most relevant event of Climate Week NYC: Corn Party @ Ambrook. In American agriculture, most roads lead back to corn. To celebrate the end of corn season, we'll revel in the sweet kind. We'll pass around our favorite corn byproducts, exchange corn stories, and ride the last of those summer vibes. Corn drinks, dinner, and desserts will be served. Dress code: Corn-core is encouraged but not required. From cover cropping to turning byproducts into bio-oil, people are trying to adapt the corn lifecycle to mitigate climate change.
