A NYC Climate Week Gathering
What can water teach us about adaptability, renewal, and the future we’re building together?
This event invites us to move beyond facts alone and into deeper feeling, imagination, and co-creation. By uplifting Earthshot Prize winner Coral Vita’s leadership in coral restoration and the creativity of climate innovators and practitioners across fields, we’ll weave a living current of listening, embodiment, dialogue, art, and celebration.
The urgency is real: half the world’s coral reefs are already lost, with 90% at risk to vanish by 2050… let that sink in. Fish populations collapsing, glaciers receding, dead zones growing. While there is real grief which are waters are carrying - this is also a reminder how endurance, renewal, and strength can transform new possibilities.
Our bodies are 70% water. When we tend our inner waters -the emotions and resilience flowing through us, we strengthen our capacity to serve our earth’s oceans, rivers, streams, and bays. Climate action and nature protection work is not only about solving problems, but about concrete steps borne from feeling, imagining, and regenerating from the inside out.

3-4 PM | Doors Open – Marketplace & Reception
4–6 PM | Afternoon Workshopping: The Emotional Body of Water
Embodiment practices inspired by Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects linked with panels and a short film to drop us into the body, explore the stories that shape our world, and open fresh perspectives to help shape this change.
6-7PM | a moment to drop in with the community for networking and some nourishing food
7–9 PM | Evening Dialogue: The Physical Body of Water
Music, panels, and conversations centering water and pathways for active hope - uplifting the work of Coral Vita and other leaders building systemic solutions.
9 PM Onwards | Celebration
A vibrant gathering with DJ, live music, and community. Where climate and nature innovators, artists, and allies connect with spaciousness and solidarity.
This gathering is for everyone who feels called to nature and to systemic change - from the inside out.
Together, let’s honor rupture and resilience, grief and possibility, despair and active hope, and step into the currents of renewal.
