Off Duty Nurses (ODN LA) is a lifestyle and social community created for women in nursing to reconnect with themselves outside of work. We believe nursing is what we do—not who we are. Our mission is to help nurses improve their quality of life through meaningful friendships, curated experiences, and a healthy work-life balance. From brunches and wellness outings to networking events, day parties, volunteer opportunities, and exclusive experiences like Poolside Prescriptions, ODN creates spaces where nurses can relax, celebrate, and build genuine connections with like-minded women. ODN is more than a social group—it’s a lifestyle. It’s a community where nurses can clock out, recharge, make lasting friendships, explore new experiences, and be reminded that they deserve joy, balance, and a fulfilling life beyond the hospital walls. No, you don’t have to be a nurse to attend our events. While ODN was created with nurses at its core, many of our experiences are open to anyone who supports our mission and wants to connect with an uplifting community. (Please note that our actual membership is currently exclusive to women.)
