Every month, Between Sips brings together featured bartenders and spirit partners through the language of tea.
For September, we welcome Rio Azmee @rio_azmee & Haruka Hirayama of Stone & Soil @stoneandsoilnyc —bringing their philosophy of Japanese-inspired hospitality, precision, and thoughtful simplicity to Rewind.
Guided by Omotenashi and a deep respect for ingredients, their approach favors balance, texture, and intention over excess.
For Between Sips: #03, Rio will work with Altamura Vodka @altamuradistilleries to create two original tea cocktails, exploring how fine tea and a clean, expressive spirit can meet through restraint, technique, and storytelling.
One creation will continue its story throughout September as our Featured Tea Cocktail of the Month.
