10AM doors open, 11:AM take off Bag drop & restrooms available Ginger shots & cyph free for attendees First 50 attendees receive a free event shirt. 4.20 mile run -or- 3 mile walk. All run paces welcome! Run it. Walk it. Or do a little of both. Runners & walkers meet for a mid-run/walk cyph to check in, catch a breather & reconnect. From there, choose how you want to finish… run the second half, walk it, or switch it up. Oh! And Good Pizzza will be firing up free mini pizzas for post-run/walk eats!
