A customer asks your agent for a refund. The agent says it's handled. Now it has to actually issue that refund: call the API as that customer, with their permissions and nobody else's, and get it right the first time. Demos stop at the first line. Production starts at the second. Speakers • Ravi Madabhushi, CTO @ Scalekit • Simon Rohrbach, CEO @ Plain • Homer Wang, Head of Product @ TinyFish • Amanda Martin, Head of DevRel @ Vapi Who this is for: Support engineers, product engineers, and forward-deployed engineers who own agents that touch real customers. CTO, VP Eng, Heads of Support and CX leaders deciding what to put in front of their users. If you've shipped an agent and watched it do something you didn't authorize, you'll have things to say. Run of show: 5:30- Doors, drinks 6:00- Panel & demos 7:00- Networking Hosted by Scalekit and Plain. Space is limited and registrations are reviewed. About the hosts & partners: Scalekit is the MCP gateway for AI agents. It connects agents to 500+ connectors and 20,000+ actions through one endpoint, works with any agent framework, and makes every call as the user, with OAuth, credentials, and permissions handled. Cloud or self-hosted. Plain is the agentic infrastructure for customer work. It gives support, success, and product teams a single place to consolidate, orchestrate, and act on customer interactions. Petavue deploys AI agents for demand generation, helping marketers measure performance, prove ROI, and run workflows to automate their demand engine Ugly Talk brings founders together for honest conversations about the messy, unfiltered parts of building a business. Through curated events and community experiences, we turn hard lessons into practical insights founders can actually use.
