Costume contest with prizes, a photo spot for the inevitable Instagram post, treats and goods from local pet makers, and a whole street of dog people who will absolutely stop to say hi to yours. No dog? Come anyway. Someone's going to be dressed as a taco and you'll want to see it. Free to attend.
