Most mental health advice assumes the hard thing ends. Sometimes it doesn't. A war. A chronic illness. A new diagnosis. Postpartum. Something you carry with you that won't resolve on any roadmap you can build. And you still have a company to run, a team depending on you, and investors to report to. PANEL Founders and tech leaders on what they actually do to care for the long-term mental health of their team and themselves. WHO SHOULD COME Founders, operators, investors, and anyone in tech who has been holding something heavy and quiet while doing their job. WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH Things that actually work. SPEAKERS Hudson Liao is a San Francisco native who has reinvented himself more than once, from firefighter to startup operator to founder. He is the founder and CEO of HonestClaw.ai, a Y Combinator-backed company, and the co-founder and executive director of Asians Are Strong, a volunteer-powered nonprofit founded in response to the rise in anti-Asian hate. Across both, he believes founders need honest community as much as they need advice. Gretchen Libby is the AWS Director of Specialists for Media & Entertainment, Games, and Sports, leading a team that delivers Cloud Computing and Generative AI solutions to AWS's largest M&E customers. Before joining AWS in 2020, she spent 24 years at Industrial Light & Magic, rising to VP of Global Production and contributing to blockbusters like Star Wars, Iron Man, Avatar, and The Revenant while driving the studio's global expansion and partner network. A Boston College graduate, she resides in Marin County in the San Francisco Bay Area. Additional panelists to be announced soon. MODERATOR Sheela Ivlev, OTR/L, a neurodivergent occupational therapist who has spent 15 years working with people in exactly this position, and co-founder of To Do-ish. HOSTS Asian Mental Health Project is a nonprofit making mental health care accessible to Asian communities through education, peer wellness groups, and connection to resources. To Do-ish helps you do the small things, on the days when small feels impossible. Built by an occupational therapist. AGENDA 5:30 pm - Doors open, light dinner 6:00 pm - Panel 7:15 pm - Tea and discussion Sign-up questions are required by SF Tech Week.
