Ramen:Lab Become a ramen maker for the night and make the noodles that we serve! Most people only see the bowl. At Ramen Lab, you'll step behind the kitchen doors and experience what it takes to make one from the beginning. Mix dough by hand, roll it out, cut fresh noodles, and work alongside other guests through a series of hands-on challenges before sitting down to enjoy the meal you've helped create. This isn't culinary school, and it's not a chef demonstration. It's an evening designed to be approachable, interactive, and fun! Whether you come by yourself, with friends, or as part of a team. You'll leave with a better appreciation for ramen, fresh noodles you've made yourself, and an experience that's hard to find anywhere else.
