What works at one stage of growth can become the thing that slows you down at the next. As companies scale, leadership has to change with them. Decisions start routing upward. Strong leaders become bottlenecks. Roles get blurry. And the very strengths that helped you succeed can start creating friction. The question isn't just what needs to change in the organization. It's what the next stage of growth is asking of you as a leader. This is a small, hands-on coaching workshop for leaders navigating that curve. Through leadership-style exploration, guided reflection, and real-world application, you'll examine how your leadership patterns are shaping the organization around you, where they may be creating friction, and what adapting your approach could look like. Scaling Problems: Live Coaching Bring a real leadership or organizational challenge into the room. Through short, focused coaching sessions, we'll work beneath the presenting problem to explore the leadership dynamics, patterns, and assumptions that may be shaping it. Together, we'll identify new perspectives, potential shifts, and practical actions you can take back to your organization. Limited to 25 leaders, this intentionally curated session creates space for meaningful conversation, individual application, and a high degree of customization. You won't leave with someone else's scaling framework. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of your own leadership, a fresh perspective on the challenges in front of you, and a practical plan for what to do next. *For CEOs, founders, executive leaders, CHROs, COOs, and board or advisory leaders navigating growth.* Wednesday, October 7 | 10:30 AM–12:00 PM | San Francisco This event is a part of #SFTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem.
