It is time to reshape your career for modern work with AI. A new role is emerging inside many professions: the Frontier Professional. A Frontier Professional combines domain expertise, practical AI fluency, human judgment, and systems thinking to create repeatable value and help others build capability. This goes well beyond automating repetitive tasks. You'll learn to reconsider how work should flow, redesign processes around results, decide where people and AI each add value, and question whether the software you already use still fits the work. Bill Raymond will teach you how to recognize valuable uses of AI, rethink a real process from the outcome backward, and decide what you should own, where AI can help, what to automate, and whether your existing software still fits the work. If you're learning AI, this day is for you. You may be building capability for your current role, improving a frustrating process, helping your team turn scattered experiments into a shared practice, or using your expertise to create better client work, services, or products. You don't need to be a developer or know how to code. Build Apps with AI in Minutes Brought to you by Base44, you will receive free access and credits to create something that will move you beyond using AI for tasks and start redesigning work around better outcomes. In the hands-on workshop, you will develop an idea based on your real work, talk it through with people in the room, and have the opportunity to present it for feedback and to win prizes.
