Nico Fara is the founder of Product Market Pro, a former founder and operator, and an engineer by training. She has built go-to-market from the ground up across multiple tech ventures and now works with post-traction founders on turning early traction into repeatable growth and building the team around what is actually working. She also hosts Why Growth Stops, where she interviews seasoned investors and advisors about why promising companies stall and what changes when growth starts working again.
