This is your captain speaking, welcoming you to the 3rd Annual S.I Ferry Booze Cruise! It’s that time of year again. Do not be late! We will depart on the 8:30 ferry. Any latecomers will have to meet us after a few trips. We will head to a local shithole (in manhattan) before midnight. BYOB - if you want the true SIBC experience, you can buy a tall boy at either terminal. I am excited to announce that for the first time in Booze Cruise history that the boat bar will be open and ready to serve thirsty cruisers. Theme - Jersey Shore 1. Outfits: To describe the looks you are expected to serve on this cruise, I must quote the great poet Madison Kalb. “LADIES! Ya look fabulous in the animal prints, the hot pink, the flip flops, the big sunglasses, the tracksuits. Holy cannoli! DUDES! I'm thinkin wifebeaters. I'm thinkin gold chains. The more gel in ya hair, the betta. Find you a good pair of baggy denim shorts.” Thank you Madison. 2. “Fun Run” for Snooki for Charity One of the lessons that you’re supposed to learn down on The Shore is that there are times in which you can use your alcoholism for good. rewatch the episode where Snookie gets arrested. As you may have heard, Snooki has been fighting Cervical Cancer since this past February. She is a fighter and will be okay, but to champion her bravery we will participate in a fun run. There will be a dozen fun runners, wearing white T-shirts, counting the amount of beers that they’ve drank throughout the ride. You will champion the Fun Runner of your choice and make a donation to Snookies’s charity of choice (Still figuring that out) equivalent to the number of beers drank by your Fun Runner. Can’t wait to ride the Ferry with you all !
