My Morning Jacket is taking over Peak Design HQ for an afternoon. In town for the Fillmore shows? Live down the street? Either way, come hang. We’re opening up our San Francisco HQ for One Big Pop-Up—a one-day MMJ fan gathering featuring exclusive merch, behind-the-scenes photography, good hangs, and an afternoon conversation with Carl Broemel and longtime MMJ tour photographer Nick Langlois, moderated by Peak Design founder and CEO Peter Dering. Here's what the day will look like: MMJ MERCH POP-UP · 11AM–2PM Come snag official MMJ merch, including a limited-edition Peak Design × My Morning Jacket leather luggage tag made especially for the occasion. NICK LANGLOIS PHOTO SHOW · 11AM–2PM Take a trip behind the curtain through a gallery of Nick Langlois’ photography from his years on the road with My Morning Jacket. A selection of archival-quality prints signed by the band will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting Stern Grove Festival, San Francisco’s beloved nonprofit music institution. ARTIST TALK · 2:30PM—3:00PM Stick around for a conversation with Carl Broemel and Nick Langlois, moderated by Peak Design founder and CEO Peter Dering, about life on the road, photographing the band, creativity, travel, and whatever else comes up. HUNGRY? Our downstairs neighbors at Long Bridge Pizza will have a special deal for Jacket fans. Grab a slice and a beer (enjoy a discount when you show your merch receipt), then head back upstairs. We’ll also have some complimentary beverages kicking around PDHQ. IMPORTANT CAPACITY STUFF Peak Design HQ has a 125-person maximum capacity, so entry throughout the day is first come, first served—even with an RSVP. Merch sales and the photo show run from 11AM–2PM. The panel begins at 2:30PM and is subject to our capacity limit. If we’re at capacity around 2PM, we may clear the space and have folks line back up for panel entry.
