Join us for an evening of movement, music, and connection designed to support mental health, release stress, and boost feel-good endorphins.
This is a safe, welcoming, pressure-free space to move however your body wants to move.
We’ll begin at 5:30pm with a 15 minute somatic warm-up to help you tune into your body, feel the music, and shake off the day. After that, the dance floor is yours.

(We’ll go home when you do 💫)
Solo movement, partner dance, and shared play are all welcome. Move in the way that feels best for you.
This is a consent-centered space. Please stay aware of body language, move slowly into connection, and respect boundaries. You are always allowed to shake your head no, say no out loud, or gently step away if a moment doesn’t feel safe or aligned in your body. Honoring boundaries is part of the dance. 💖
