Periods of growth often expose issues that were easy to manage when the business was smaller. A contract term gets interpreted differently than expected. An equity decision creates added complexity later. A renewal, financing, transaction, or diligence request moves faster than the internal process supporting it. Join EisnerAmper, Osborne Clarke, and Blick Rothenberg, for a candid discussion on the recurring friction points that can slow momentum, create avoidable surprises, or complicate decision-making for technology companies. Through practical examples and advisor perspectives, the conversation will focus on what tends to work, what often does not, and how CFOs and in-house counsel can prepare before the pressure is urgent. Light bites and drinks will be provided! Topics Will Include - Diligence readiness and operational alignment - Contracts, renewals, and transaction risk - Capital structure and growth decisions - Practical playbooks for moving faster under pressure Featured Panelists: - Doug Mandell, General Counsel, Inflection AI - Matthew Gallatin, CFO, Inflection AI - Ray Berg, Partner, Osborne Clarke - Simon Gleeson, Partner, Blick Rothenberg Moderator: John Pennett, EisnerAmper Who Should Attend? CFOs, General Counsel, and in-house legal and finance leaders at technology companies that are preparing for diligence, financing, transactions, renewals, international activity, or their next stage of growth. Space is limited so please register to reserve your seat. This event is a part of #SFTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem.
