Our event has reached capacity! Please contact judy.breedlove@dynatrace.com to check to see if any seats open up. Welcome to the Lunar Grand Casino (LGC) the Moon's premier hospitality destination, where exceptional guest experiences depend on flawless digital services. Powered by AWS and Dynatrace, LGC uses intelligent automation and observability to ensure every reservation, check-in, concierge request, and guest interaction runs seamlessly. But today, service anomalies are increasing, and guest satisfaction is at risk. Join AWS and Dynatrace for an immersive GameDay experience where you'll work through real-world observability challenges alongside fellow developers, platform engineers, SREs, and cloud practitioners. During this hands-on experience, you will: - Audit an AI-powered guest concierge chatbot - Live debug issues impacting the online reservation platform - Track critical guest journeys from reservation through check-out This is an interactive technical experience designed to help you learn by doing and gain practical skills you can immediately apply in your own AWS environment. You do not need to have Dynatrace Observability Platform experience to participate. PLUS, you’ll have the chance to win great prizes! A complimentary lunch will also be provided. Dynatrace is hosting this AWS GameDay at the AWS San Francisco office: 188 Spear Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105. This event is a part of #SFTechWeek—a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at www.tech-week.com
