Do you miss Sunset Power Yoga in the Park? Me too!! I'm excited to host one more community class for the last official weekend of summer, and this time it's YOGA SCULPT! Over the last few weeks, I've worked on my 50-hour yoga sculpt training, and I'll be graduating in the coming days! Yoga sculpt combines the flow of yoga with strength building sculpt exercises. Expect a full-body workout that's still rooted in the benefits of yoga. Open to all levels! We will meet at the Astoria Park Pool Deck (entrance at 23 Terrace and 19 St.) Please arrive ~5 minutes early so class can start right at 10:30am. RSVP required for headcount. This is a community-based class, optional to pay what you can via Venmo (@giselluna) or in person.
