Most Tech Week rooms begin with what people do. This one begins with what, and whom, they remember. The Memory Table is an intimate dinner series by Heritage Table. For its SF Tech Week edition, a curated group of founders, investors, AI builders and thinkers will gather around one long table for a meal shaped by coconut—an ingredient carried across oceans and transformed across cultures. The evening will begin with a grazing table inspired by coconut before moving into a seated meal. Over the course of the evening, food, memory, migration and technology will meet in the same conversation. What should AI remember? Who gets to decide? What must remain attached for something to be inherited rather than merely copied? And what should remain private, forgotten or unknowable? There is no panel, pitch, demo or formal networking circuit. The meal creates the shared context, the conversation is the program, and the table becomes the interface. Guests will encounter the Living Cookbook—the shared record of the evening—and decide what, if anything, they want to contribute. Nothing spoken at dinner is recorded by default. The dinner will take place in the penthouse artist loft at Bryant Street Studios, featuring the space and artwork of Peggy Gyulai. Her landscape paintings explore place and memory, creating a fitting backdrop for an evening centered on what we carry with us, what we inherit, and what we choose to remember. Hosted by Evangeline Medina, founder of Heritage Table, and Pubali Sen, founder of Snootit. Supporting partners: Okou, Small Bites & Boards, and Peggy Gyulai. This is a small, approval-based gathering designed for thoughtful conversation and meaningful connection. This event is part of #SFTechWeek, a week of events hosted by VCs and startups to bring together the tech ecosystem. Learn more at www.tech-week.com
