cine cue is a film club with a pool bar debrief 🎱 on a mission to save independent theatre and bring back pool bar culture 💿 📀 a-listers are our more casual events <3 📀 ◈ in this 1988 surprise smash at the box office - after perishing in a car accident, barbara and adam find themselves stuck in their country home, unable to leave as it is invaded by the insufferable Deetze family. ◈ when barbara and adam are unable to frighten the Deetzes away, they call on the notorious Beetlejuice for help, a decision they live (?) to regret. tune in to see why this movie was so weird even Warner Bros was afraid to release it to the public (who eventually went wild for it). ☆ make sure to buy tickets before they sell out! ☆ -9:15pm: Meet outside Alamo/grab snacks -9:30pm: Movie
