Women’s Got Game is a summit & esports tournament consisting of conversations, connections, and competitions that introduces women college students and young professionals to diverse female corporate partners, developers, designers, and entrepreneurs in the gaming and technology industry. The event will take place as part of BIG Fest, in partnership with Black in Gaming, and will be hosted at the Creativity Museum, located right next to the Moscone Center during GDC. Women’s Got Game will feature an all–college women’s esports tournament across two game titles, with all matches played in a single-elimination format. Participants are encouraged to vote via the RSVP form for the two game titles they would like to compete in at Women’s Got Game. Competitors will have the opportunity to win cash prizes per game title, with 1st place receiving $350 and 2nd place receiving $150.
