Every feature you ship, every agent you run, every eval you rerun — it all burns tokens, and for an early-stage team the API bill is a real line item. So the main prize is runway. The merch is a bonus. 【THE POOL】 $1,000 in ChatGPT and Claude credits — roughly 150–200 million tokens on mid-tier models, or fifty months of Pro, split across the night's winners based on the tokens they win in the games. Not into credits? Trade your tokens for merch and perks from the hosts instead. Yes, there are a few tote bags. 【THE GAMES】 Five games, all easy to pick up. You get one round at each game, and we'll stamp your wristband when you finish. Everything you win comes in tokens, which you can cash in for API credit, merch, or stage time to pitch. **Ring Toss** The carnival classic, done Chinese night-market style: items are laid out on the ground, each worth a different number of tokens. Stand behind the line and toss a ring. Whatever it lands on is your payout. **Touhu (Arrow Pot)** Think cornhole, but about 2,000 years older. Touhu was a banquet game in ancient China: throw arrows into a pot from a distance. The more arrows you get in, the more tokens you win. **Minesweeper Scratch-Offs** The Windows classic, on a scratch-off card. Groups of 2–3 take turns scratching squares. Hit a mine and you're out. The last player standing wins the tokens. Cards are limited, so it's first come, first served. **Pop-Up Pirate & Shark Teeth** Pure luck. Groups of 3–5 take turns putting swords into the barrel or pressing down the shark's teeth, like Crocodile Dentist. Whoever makes the pirate pop or gets bitten is out. Everyone else wins tokens. **Plinko** Yes, the one from *The Price Is Right*. Drop a chip from the top and watch it bounce down into a slot.
