This is practitioner-led:
no agenda until you make one,
no slide decks,
just data engineers and builders figuring stuff out together.

1️⃣ We start in one room.
2️⃣ Everyone throws problems or ideas on sticky notes.
3️⃣ Vote on what's interesting.
4️⃣ Split into groups.
5️⃣ Discuss and share ideas.
6️⃣ Come back, share what we learned, then grab drinks.
The agenda is whatever the room brings.
