Neighborhood: Boyle Heights Curious how we put 'Advocacy by design' into action? Studio-MLA is opening our doors for LA Design Weekend! Join us for an afternoon of creative exchange on Friday, September 26th from 3–7pm. We’ll be showcasing a curated selection of landscapes and public spaces shaped by our commitment to people, culture, and ecology. Explore the studio, meet our team, check out project boards, and stay for light bites and refreshments. We’re excited to share our radical maker-culture community in the Flats - with our brilliant neighbors just a short walk away: Angel City Lumber, co-hosting a special woodworks exhibition benefiting My Tribe Rise Current Interests, opening their studio and spilling out onto the street with hands-on materials and models Come for one, stay for all, and make a day of it!
