Keyaira Lock is a mission-driven entrepreneur and ecosystem builder who helps founders scale from the inside out—elevating both their leadership and their businesses. As Director of Entrepreneurship at Northwestern University’s The Garage SF, she has sourced and scaled 200+ startups, launched Northwestern’s flagship accelerator, and built initiatives that unlocked millions in pipeline and capital access. Through her company, Spice & Sage, she works with founders to reframe identity and story into strategic assets that accelerate growth. Keyaira brings a powerful perspective on how women founders can use storytelling not only to attract funding and partnerships but also to build ecosystems, earn trust, and expand what’s possible in business and tech.
