Everyone wants more from you right now. Leadership wants speed, AI, new tools, more output with the same people. Your team wants clarity, a say, and a little more time. You're in the middle, doing most of the deciding, most of the communicating, most of the steadying. This is a 90-minute working session, not a lecture. A room of managers with the same job as you, working on what's actually on your plate. WHO IT'S FOR: Managers and team leads taking a team through AI rollouts, restructuring, new systems, fast growth, or priorities that keep shifting. People leaders holding the team's worries while still accountable for delivery. LEAVE WITH: A clear read of where leadership, you, and your team each sit in the change, and what each one needs. One sentence to say up this week. One thing to give your team. And having been heard by people who do your job. COME WITH: One real situation you're leading through right now. We work solo first, then in pairs where your partner listens and doesn't advise, then in small groups of five. What's said in the room stays in the room.
