A night of unhinged, devastating, mean woman monologues. The nastiest of the nasty will be awarded with the Oscar for Best Mean Woman. The first ever Mean Woman Monologue Contest is a celebration of cinema’s most unhinged, devastating, and iconic meltdowns. Gay guys Rick Swenson and Andy Ward are your hosts for a night of disturbing speeches that will make you say, “You know what, she kind of has a point.” Think Hereditary. Think Carrie. Think “NO MORE WIRE HANGERS!” A dais of the most accomplished gay guys and women we could find will be judging every tremble, tear, and read, and at the end of the night we’ll crown our top Meanest Woman, complete with an official Academy Award and eternal bragging rights.
